The JLT Chef’s Showcase held April 27th was to support Junior League Toronto Culinary Scholarship awarded to students from the George Brown Assistant Cook Extended Training (ACET) program. This evening of food tasting and wine pairings was held at the George Brown Culinary School featuring 12 exceptional chefs at tasting tables that allowed guests to have an interactive experience, socialize and support the George Brown Foundation at the same time. After a long pandemic pause this was sold-out event for a great cause.
