The Starlight Insurance Gala returned to the Ritz-Carlton Toronto May 6th to celebrate 29 years of making wishes come true for families through Starlight Children’s Foundation Canada. In fact, since 1994, this gala has raised over $5.9 million to brighten the lives of seriously ill children and their families – from hospital to home. May 6th was the day of the Coronation so it was a brilliant idea to name this night as “A Royal Affair” and guests dressed to impress with some very British crowns, tiaras and regal fashions. TV personality Anwar Knight was the perfect emcee to introduce key speakers and presenting sponsors on this very special evening. Congratulations to all that attended and supported this worthy charity.
